No urgency, no agenda. Someone at the grill. Three tools. One firm stance on not being called a cook. The smoke says otherwise. And then the practical stuff quietly flexes: Two-car garage with room for real life. The basement had space for a home office home gym or 4th bedroom set up. With plenty of storage and space for tools and ski equipment. No HOA... no passive-aggressive emails about your trash cans from a guy named Gary. And no water issues. Which sounds boring until it becomes your entire personality. Location? Almost unfair. Two minutes to Northside. Five minutes to every doctor, specialist, and "let's just check it out" appointment you've been putting off. And tucked right into Brittany Core... which means Brittany Club waitlist is way shorter! They look at each other. This wasn't the plan. They didn't come here to fall in love with this Mid-Century Modern Ranch. They came to say they saw it and were happy with their current home.
